Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, you will be refunded the purchase price. All returns must be registered through our customer service.

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement without proof of damage from a member of our support team.
I received the wrong item
If, contrary to expectations, you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:

The name of the item you did not receive
The name of the received item
A photo of the received item
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to do so, we recommend that you return the product to us and then order the correct one from us.
In the case of defective products,
if the product is defective, has been damaged during transport or is otherwise defective, there are no return costs.
If I want to return the item(s)
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit or it is no longer desired, the customer will bear the actual cost of returning the item and the return receipt.
